Keeping aspects of the past is an important objective with the Canterbury rebuild. This new building was designed to reuse the clock from the Kaiapoi War Memorial Building, which was demolished after the Christchurch Earthquakes. Suitable for retail and office tenants, the building forms an important part of the new Kaiapoi township.
