Sometimes you can take an existing building and give it a whole new life. That’s what we did when we undertook a substantial alteration to this Victoria Street building – transforming it into a new, high quality retail space.
The old structure was set back from the street. We brought it forward, extending the building up to the boundary. Careful detailing and a minimal combination of finishes enhance the retail activities inside.
