Creating mood through environment is something we feel strongly about. We were instrumental is creating the new premises for this Christchurch-based importer of European foodstuffs. Our approach was to take inspiration from the continental origin of the product and weaving this through the subtleties of the interior.

The result is a showroom, deli and demonstration kitchen area for this ‘essential ingredient market’ that promotes the products on sale, the personality of the business and the practical aspects involved in being a successful retailer in the FMCG arena.

We’ve worked with Adidas in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch to bring their brand to the fore. The key elements are the strength of the branding, effective layout and good display. The use of large scale images and simple ‘block’ display solutions provide the needed impact and focus on the product.

A new office for an existing client wanting to implement a new direction for the company. An industrial warehouse aesthetic has been created by using a palette of raw materials within the shell of the earthquake repaired Heritage building. With a completely open plan work environment careful acoustic control was crucial to create an office environment that could be functional yet enjoyable.

A neutral colour palette was chosen for the Anderson Lloyd Queenstown Office. The incorporation of wall panels, contrasting elements and textures adds to the relaxed yet corporate feel of this office interior. Custom latticework on the side of the reception desk and a careful attention to detail, adds an interesting crafted feel to the space.
