A new lease of life! Formally the premises for Tait Electronics, this large 4200m2 building underwent a full internal reconfiguration into flexible multiple tenancies. Building services were replaced including the installation of new ceilings, lighting and double glazed aluminium window joinery. The creation of courtyard spaces for each tenant and additional planting enhance the existing park like surroundings.

The city is coming back! A proposed new commercial building for central Christchurch to replace a building demolished after the Christchurch earthquakes. The top floor has been designed with expansive deck space to the North and West elevations, ideal for penthouse office or apartment use.
An extensive and complex building refurbishment project for this nationwide heavy machinery supplier. The project involved the construction of a new warehouse and main service reception, creation of new first floor office space within the exisiting structure, and the refurbishment of existing office areas. Completed over a 2 year period, the client remaining on-site through-out the construction phase.
